Programs
Four programs, one path. Students move up as they grow, from the first Phoenix class to adult Sanuces Ryu Jiu-jitsu.
Focus, coordination, confidence and listening skills through fun, age-appropriate martial arts.
Ages 5 to 7A karate base of blocking, kicking, striking and movement, plus mat chats on bully prevention and character.
Karate basics with the fundamentals of boxing and judo, and the strategy of when to walk away.
A hard workout, then technique, forms and scenario training. Karate, boxing, judo, grappling and Arnis.
Advanced classes for senior students: higher forms, technique sets and drills not taught in basic classes.
Modern Arnis, DAS Arnis and Okinawan weapons.

Class schedule
Times are the academy's current weekly schedule. New students start with a trial class on Monday or Friday evening.
All times are PM. Saturday seminars, Demo Team practice and special events are announced on the academy's Facebook page.
Demo Team
Chosen each year at tryouts. The team performs at the annual community event at Catoctin High School. No extra cost.
